I'm so glad you've found your way here! My name is Allison and I love to quilt! Could you call it an addiction? Probably!!
Misty Mountain Studio is my creative workplace and my home.
I can often be found hanging out in my studio fondling all the pretty fabric!
I first started sewing at the age of 6 when my mom gave me a few scraps of fabric, a needle and some thread. I managed to sew myself a little skirt, elastic waistband and all!
Since then, I've sewn many things including mine and my children's clothing, drapes and curtains, a few prom dresses and a dear friend's wedding dress, just to list a few.
About Me
I started quilting somewhere around 2002 and the bug hit!! I'm addicted!!!!
In 2011 I bought a Pfaff Grand Quilter 18.8 longarm and then in 2019 I upgraded to an APQS Millennium 30 with full computer automation!
