We ship throughout Canada via Canada Post and our shipping rates are as follows:

Small Packet Standard Shipping  $5.95 - Approx. 2 meters of fabric maximum (depending on width and loft of fabric). Envelope can not measure more than 2 cm high - No tracking provided

Purchase more than the Small Packet minimum - $0.01 - $199.00 - Standard Shipping $10.95 - Tracking provided


$200.00 and up - Free shipping - Tracking provided

*Please note: NWT, Nunavut and Yukon are subject to additional shipping charges*

If you live in the Victoria, BC area and would like to save on shipping we can arrange pick-up from the studio.  Please contact us to make arrangements.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or late packages but we will do whatever we can to help you. 


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Square, American Express


We charge taxes on all orders sent within Canada. The amount will be calculated when you place your order, based on the province you're ordering from. The tax rates for each province are listed below:


British Columbia
GST (5%) and PST (7%)


GST (5%) and PST (8%)

GST (5%) and PST (9.975%)

GST (5%) and PST (6%)

Alberta, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon

While we do collect  your personal information for our own benefit, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and do not share your information with anyone else.  


If something is wrong with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days after placing your order using the contact form at the bottom of the page. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on cut fabric, however, if we've made an error or mistake we'll do our best to fix it for you. 

You will need to pay the shipping cost to get the order back to us. The item must be unused and in the original packaging.  We'll let you know it's here once it arrives in our studio. We'll need to inspect it to approve an exchange or refund. We want you to be satisfied and we'll do our very best to make that happen. 

The returned items must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number so we can be sure to credit you appropriately and restock the item(s).
